I just watched heart-breaking surveillance video of a teenage girl being forced into her car in a Target store parking lot… and found out her body was discovered in a wooded area a few miles away. It was 21 years ago last month that I interviewed a 27 year-old lady who was one-second away from being thrown into a van by two guys... until she sat down and hugged a light post.
