Shipping & Returns

The shipping rates posted for our products reflect the cost of shipping a product within the continental United States. For shipping rates to Alaska, Hawaii or U.S. territories, please contact sales@invincakid.com.

Expedited shipping options, such as 2-Day Air or Next Day Air are accepted Mon.-Thur. only, for an additional charge. For questions please contact sales@invincakid.com.

We do not offer International Shipping at this time.

Delivery Times
The delivery date of your order will vary by product, depending on whether or not we have the product in stock. Most of our products just hit the market and we may have to order it from the maker. However, most products will be delivered within 7-10 business days. Unless guaranteed by the carrier, the transit time for your order is an estimate only.

Gift Wrap & Message Cards
Gift wrap and message cards are available, please specify in COmments box.

Price Match
We are so confident that we have the best product for the value, that we will match any competitor’s price for up to 10 days from your purchase by giving you an in-store credit for the difference in price.

Mail Orders
If you are ordering by mail your product will be shipped as soon as we receive and clear the payment. To order, please call our sales support@invincakid.com, or call 1-888-383-0063 from Mon-Fri. 8 am to 8 pm, CST.

Tracking your Order
You will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours of the shipment of your order and your order status page will be updated with the ship date of your product. When available a tracking number and instructions on tracking your shipment will be included.

Contacting UPS, FedEx, and Trucking Lines
To track your UPS shipment, visit UPS.com or call 1-800-PICK-UPS.

To track your FedEx shipment, visit FedEx.com or call 1-800-GO-FEDEX.

For assistance tracking your commercial carrier shipment, please contact sales@invincakid.com between 8am to 10pm, CST. Thank you for your order! Check back with us soon as we update our product list frequently.

Returns & Exchanges
We do everything we can to make ordering online simple. And that includes returns. Per our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee, you may return any item for up to 21 days after delivery. Simply call our Customer Service @ 1-888-383-0063, get an RMA# Mon.-Fri. (8am to 10pm, CST), write it on the packaging and return the item. If you would like to exchange the item, we will credit or bill your account the difference upon verifying your original return and ship out the exchange by your preferred shipping method.

Refunds:
As soon as your return is received and verified to be in new or like-new condition, your refund will be issued. We will try to credit you via your original method of payment unless otherwise instructed. If this fails, we will issue a manual check to your billing address.
